Problem Statement

Brooklinen lacked a self service solution to serve our trade and hospitality customers and maintaining this part of this business required manual upkeep.

How Might We?

How might we distinguish between DTC and B2B needs to better serve hospitality and trade professionals?

Stakeholder Alignment

The Brooklinen for Business website was a huge collaborative effort, mainly with our Emerging Channels team, to make sure their needs were met through our recommendations.

Research

Before launching Brooklinen for Business, hospitality customers placed orders through a sales agent. We spoke with these users to validate the user journey and identify pain points. Our goal was to understand how their needs differed from those of our typical consumer

Solution & Impact

We launched the Brooklinen for Business website in 2023 to offer an easy, self service way for trade and hospitality customers to buy sheets in large quantities without needing a sales agent. Within the first few months post launch the site has provided the business upwards of $350,000 in revenue.
